Loyalty Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Loyalty Sales Manager to lead a team that generates property sales and referrals from our existing customer base in Dubai. The role focuses on building strong relationships with property owners and investors, driving repeat purchases, and expanding portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Drive property sales through existing customers, referrals and repeat‑purchase initiatives, meeting monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Develop and manage structured customer referral programmes, tracking leads, conversions and revenue.
• Lead, coach and set targets for a team of Loyalty Sales Executives, conducting performance reviews and supporting negotiations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales performance reports and coordinate with Marketing, Finance and Property Management teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• 5–8 years of real‑estate sales experience in Dubai, with 2–3+ years managing a sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving property sales targets and strong negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Chinese) are a plus.
