FLEURDELIS, an exclusive luxury brand known for distinctive handbags and exotic leathers, is looking for a polished and confident Sales Associate to join its boutique in Abu Dhabi. The role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury fashion and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized and exceptional luxury shopping experience.
• Present collections with confidence, professionalism, and detailed product knowledge.
• Understand client preferences and provide thoughtful product recommendations.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through professional communication and follow‑ups.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
• Handle sales transactions, invoicing, payments, and client communications accurately.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and assist with inventory, luxury packaging, and daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, hospitality, or high‑end customer service is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance, polished manner, and confident interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales abilities with a client‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Residency in the UAE is preferred.
