Sales Executive – Personal Loans – Branches

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, target‑driven Sales Executive to join our retail banking team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing relationships and promoting personal loan products across our branch network.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through walk‑ins, referrals and self‑generated leads.
• Promote and sell personal loans and other retail banking products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Assist customers with application forms, documentation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue and acquisition targets.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, credit, regulatory and internal policies.
• Coordinate with branch operations and internal departments for smooth processing.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail banking, branch sales or relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets and incentives.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Good understanding of retail banking products and documentation.
• UAE banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a branch‑based, customer‑facing environment.
