About the role

The Luxury Fashion Stylist at Chloé in Dubai is the face of the Maison, welcoming guests and guiding them through a personalized shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role combines client relationship ownership with sales performance in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional customer service and building long‑term relationships with clients.
• Achieve individual and store sales, KPI and CRM targets through proactive outreach and use of clienteling tools.
• Maintain an immaculate store environment, including back‑of‑house standards and visual merchandising.
• Support after‑sales service, follow‑up with clients, and ensure compliance with Richemont policies.
• Participate in trainings, commercial activities and inventory processes as directed by management.
