Key responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on exposure to key functions within your assigned operational or administrative department.
• Follow a structured learning plan aligned with your internship duration and academic requirements.
• Receive regular guidance and feedback from a dedicated Job Coach and departmental leaders.
• Participate in operational, administrative and supervisory responsibilities.
• Engage in learning and development activities throughout the internship.
• Take part in regular progress discussions and formal performance reviews.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives within the hotel.

Required profile

• Students currently enrolled in, or recent graduates from, an accredited hospitality management institution.
• Age 18 years or above.
• Genuine interest in luxury hospitality and guest service.
• Curious, proactive learners eager to develop professional skills.
• Team players who demonstrate professionalism, respect and a commitment to learning.
