Luxury Off‑Plan Real Estate Broker – Dubai

About the role

Elysian Real Estate’s Luxury Off‑Plan division is seeking a high‑performing broker to drive sales of premium off‑plan developments in Dubai. You will work with elite developer roadshows, exclusive launches and a portfolio of high‑net‑worth investors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified buyer and investor leads, focusing on ROI and capital appreciation.
• Deliver a consultative, bespoke service to high‑net‑worth clients and international investors.
• Represent Elysian at exclusive developer roadshows, private launches and VIP events.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of luxury off‑plan projects, pricing, payment plans and incentives.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and regulatory updates to provide expert investment advice.
• Negotiate and close high‑value transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties.
• Liaise with developers, legal teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Accurately manage documentation and administrative processes throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Proven success in off‑plan sales within the Dubai real estate market, preferably with luxury developments.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s property market, investment strategies and buyer profiles.
• Ability to build long‑term client relationships and deliver premium service.
