Luxury Property Advisor - Tier 1 Launches

About the role

Build your career around Dubai’s most exclusive property launches as a Luxury Property Advisor. You will work with Tier 1 developers, premium off‑plan projects and high‑net‑worth clients, developing a strong personal brand in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Advise HNW/UHNW clients on luxury and investment properties.
• Drive sales across exclusive off‑plan and premium launches.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified clients.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings and investment consultations.
• Develop long‑term relationships with investors and key clients.
• Stay ahead of Dubai market trends, launches and investment opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven Dubai real estate sales experience.
• Strong track record in off‑plan and/or luxury property sales.
• Existing client network and strong business development skills.
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication abilities.
• Self‑driven, ambitious and target‑oriented.
• Deep understanding of Dubai’s premium property market.
