Luxury Real Estate Executive (Freshers & Experienced Agents)

About the role

The Luxury Real Estate Executive will join Property Shop Investment LLC’s Abu Dhabi office to drive sales and leasing of high‑end residential and commercial properties. The position is full‑time, on‑site and welcomes both fresh graduates and experienced agents who are eager to build a career in the luxury property market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture leads for luxury property transactions.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on pricing, payment plans and ROI.
• Manage the complete sales and leasing cycle from initial consultation to negotiation, documentation support and closing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property listings using CRM and dedicated listing tools.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, listing, leasing and mortgage teams to prepare proposals, presentations and market reports.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships and represent PSI at meetings, events and site visits.

Required profile

• Basic to intermediate finance knowledge to discuss pricing, payment structures and investment returns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to work on‑site, handle multiple leads simultaneously and keep accurate records.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
