Luxury Sales Associate

About the role

GrandPrestige, part of the TAKAHISA Group, is looking for a Luxury Sales Associate for its flagship boutique at Banyan Tree Dubai on Bluewaters Island. The boutique represents world-renowned luxury brands and offers a large collection of premium handbags and timepieces in an international retail setting. The shop is open daily from 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM, including weekends and public holidays, with no fixed closing days.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-standard customer service.
• Present and recommend luxury products to international clients.
• Develop long-term client relationships.
• Maintain the boutique's premium presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service objectives.

Required profile

• Fluent or proficient English; Russian is highly advantageous.
• Previous luxury retail experience is welcomed but not mandatory.
• Friendly, outgoing and positive personality, well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Confidence in communicating with international and high-profile clients.
• Strong motivation to learn and grow professionally.

Required skills

• Passion for luxury fashion, handbags, watches and premium brands.
• Teamwork skills and willingness to learn.

Candidates are selected on personality, attitude and potential rather than experience. Working hours and days off are set by agreement with the manager.
