About the role
We are seeking a polished, bilingual Luxury Sales & Client Relations Executive to join our Dubai team. The role combines high‑value sales, client consultation, and end‑to‑end coordination of premium medical and aesthetic services, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to post‑procedure follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads via WhatsApp, calls, social media, website, referrals and walk‑ins.
- Conduct professional client consultations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain extensive follow‑up with potential, existing and past clients to nurture long‑term relationships.
- Manage surgeon diaries, schedule consultations, appointments and surgery bookings.
- Act as the patient’s account manager, overseeing all pre‑surgery steps and post‑surgery satisfaction.
- Liaise with doctors, nurses, coordinators and the medical team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Address complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead quality, reviews, testimonials and campaign content.
- Keep accurate records of leads, follow‑ups, bookings and client communications.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, client relations or account management.
- Proven experience in luxury, high‑fashion, real‑estate or high‑value service sales; medical aesthetics or healthcare sales is highly preferred.
- Strong soft‑skill and hard‑sales capabilities, with a polished, confident and emotionally intelligent demeanor.
- Target‑driven mindset focused on building trust and delivering premium client experiences.
