Luxury Travel Planner - Custom Itineraries (Remote, Dubai)

About the role

A private luxury travel and lifestyle membership is seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Planner to design and manage highly customized trips for its members. Members expect each journey to be tailored to their interests, preferences and pace, often spanning several countries, multiple hotels and villas, private flights and transfers, local guides and exclusive experiences. The role is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage customized trips from the first planning conversation through the member's return home.
• Build complex itineraries across multiple cities, countries and regions, keeping the flow seamless.
• Research and arrange luxury accommodation, private and commercial flights, ground transport, guides, touring and experiences.
• Work with destination partners and local experts to build personalized touring programs.
• Create detailed daily itineraries covering timing, logistics, preferences and contingencies.
• Present clear options, pricing and availability, and confirm and reconfirm every detail before departure.
• Resolve disruptions quickly and calmly, and keep members and internal teams informed.
• Maintain accurate records of preferences, bookings, deadlines and vendor communications.
• Collaborate with the lifestyle concierge team on dining, events and other requests.

Required profile

• Significant experience planning luxury international travel, especially customized touring and complex itineraries.
• Experience coordinating trips across multiple destinations and countries.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hotels, villas, private guides, destination management companies and transportation.
• A network of trusted destination partners and travel suppliers is highly valued.
• Clear, polished communication and confidence working directly with members and vendors.

Required skills

• Excellent itinerary-building and coordination of timing and logistics.
• Ability to research unfamiliar destinations and give informed recommendations.
• Attention to detail, organization and follow-through; ability to handle several complex trips at once.
• Comfort using digital tools to manage itineraries, requests and communications.
