About the role
During a six‑month off‑cycle internship (January‑July 2027) you will work as an analyst with Lazard’s Abu Dhabi M&A team, supporting senior bankers and clients on complex financial transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial and statistical analyses.
- Carry out company and industry sector research.
- Monitor market dynamics and news.
- Prepare client presentations and marketing materials.
- Manage ad‑hoc administration and project work.
- Assist in the execution process of deals.
Required profile
- Final stage of studies or recent graduate with top academic performance in Economics, Finance or related discipline.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus) and a valid UAE residence visa or UAE/GCC nationality.
- Regional or UAE market exposure preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
- Energy, commitment, enthusiasm and commercial creativity.
- Previous experience in corporate finance.
