Machine Operator – Bellows Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Machine Operator with experience in metal forming and precision manufacturing to join our bellows production line in Dubai. The role involves operating forming machines, performing TIG welding, and ensuring high‑quality output in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forming machines, hydraulic presses, and TIG welding equipment according to production specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and production instructions to set up machines correctly.
• Inspect finished products for quality compliance and document any deviations.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment.
• Record production output, downtime, and report any equipment issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the production supervisor to meet daily targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in machine operations or metal forming.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Experience with TIG welding and hydraulic pressing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing safety standards.
