About the role
Premier Inn Hotels is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join its Dubai Al Jaddaf property. You will support the engineering team in keeping the hotel’s facilities safe, functional and welcoming for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out daily inspections of the building, plant and equipment using the prescribed checklist.
- Perform routine, general and emergency repairs across electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry areas.
- Assist with preventative maintenance of fire protection systems and ensure all safety features operate correctly.
- Support the upkeep of hotel standards by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
Required profile
- Minimum one year of experience in a maintenance or engineering department of a branded hotel.
- Hands‑on experience with electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry tasks.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
- Good command of English.
