Maintenance Foreman – Facility Management

About the role

The Foreman – Facility Management leads a team of MEP and civil technicians to ensure the smooth operation of residential, commercial and mixed‑use buildings. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, uphold service quality against SLA/KPI targets and guarantee compliance with HSE and client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP and civil maintenance activities, allocating manpower, tools and resources efficiently.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective work orders, monitoring closure within agreed response times.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and fire‑fighting systems, as well as civil and architectural works.
• Lead, motivate and train technicians, track attendance and performance, and deploy staff during emergencies.
• Coordinate with clients, tenants and authorities to meet contractual SLA/KPI requirements and support inspections.
• Conduct toolbox talks, enforce HSE policies, ensure proper PPE use and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Prepare daily activity reports, monitor material consumption, raise requests and keep records of inspections and equipment status.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Air‑Conditioning or related discipline; FM certifications are a plus.
• 5–8 years of facility management or building maintenance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
• Experience in residential, commercial, high‑rise or government facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SLA/KPI‑driven FM contracts and familiarity with CAFM/work‑order systems.
