Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Technician will execute repairs, maintenance and construction tasks under the guidance of a Supervisor, leading junior technicians and ensuring timely completion of all assigned work.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled and non‑scheduled repairs, maintenance and construction work under supervisor guidance.
• Inspect, record readings and maintain log sheets or checklists.
• Coordinate junior technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare documentation for new machine installations and assist in purchasing spare parts.
• Ensure proper use of tools, consumables and personal protective equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Control or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in a similar role within hospitality, catering, facility or project management.
• Ability to read basic drawings, operation and maintenance manuals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with 100 % attendance.
