Major Accounts Manager – Hybrid (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Major Accounts Manager will operate in a hybrid model, spending two days per week in an HPE office while supporting the growth of high‑value accounts across Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with Account Managers and leverage specialist knowledge to expand the sales pipeline and close strategic deals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and drive a robust sales pipeline, capturing leads beyond your specialization.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of competitors to position HPE solutions effectively.
• Use specialist expertise to identify new opportunities and enhance existing ones.
• Support Account Managers with business development insights and solution expertise.
• Develop quota objectives and strategic direction for assigned product categories.
• Build consultative relationships with mid‑to‑large accounts, up to C‑level executives.
• Collaborate with external partners when needed to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Coordinate and direct supporting sales activities.

Required profile

• University degree or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or consulting within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of enterprise‑level customer needs and buying processes.
