Male Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Private Club

About the role

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking male housekeeping attendants to maintain the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of its luxury facilities. You will work across guest rooms, villas, lounges and public areas, ensuring a high‑standard environment for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, villas, lounges, washrooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing and sanitising.
• Make beds, change linen, replenish amenities and restock guest supplies.
• Support the cleaning and preparation of male guest facilities and changing areas.
• Conduct regular checks, report maintenance issues, damage, hazards or missing items.
• Respond promptly to spills, accidents, urgent cleaning requests and guest requirements.
• Assist with housekeeping for VIP visits, events, private functions and special occasions.
• Collect and deliver linen, uniforms, towels, amenities and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, chemicals and storage areas in an organised condition.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, chemical‑handling and waste‑management procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, linen, maintenance, hospitality and operations teams.
• Support daily opening, closing, deep‑cleaning and periodic cleaning procedures.
• Maintain accurate cleaning schedules, checklists, inspection records and incident reports.
• Maintain a professional and discreet presence around members and guests, protecting their privacy.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a housekeeping attendant, room attendant, public area attendant, cleaner or in a similar role.
• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, private clubs, villas or similar hospitality environments is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning, hygiene, sanitation and presentation standards.
• Professional, reliable, punctual, discreet and service‑oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, lift and work for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
