Mall Associate - Administrative Support

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim is looking for a Mall Associate for its MAF Properties West Region. The role manages all mall-related administrative tasks so that the assigned mall runs smoothly every day, and reports to the Mall Management on a timely basis.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and manage retailer sales data, including audited sales reports, within agreed timelines.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasting reports and modules for mall retailers.
• Ensure tenant compliance documents such as trade licenses, insurance certificates and audited sales certificates are collected and renewed.
• Manage rent collection, monitor outstanding balances and minimise overdue payments.
• Prepare and submit mall financial reports and P&L analysis accurately and on time.
• Support the Operations Manager and Senior Manager with business, operational and administrative activities.
• Maintain organised filing systems and operational records, ensuring document security and controlled access.
• Take part in mall review meetings, give operational reports and ensure compliance with MAF policies, procedures, code of conduct and company values.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in administration, reporting and operational support.
• Retail or shopping mall experience preferred, ideally within the GCC.

Required skills

• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Managing purchase orders (POs), invoicing and payments.
• Maintaining budgets and financial records.
