Management Accountant – Full‑time, Dubai

About the role

QHM Consultancies is seeking a Management Accountant to join its Dubai office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role supports day‑to‑day financial operations, prepares management reports and ensures compliance with local accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Record transactions, maintain general ledgers and prepare journal entries.
• Reconcile bank and account balances and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Assist with internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide accurate financial information.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA, CPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in advisory, consulting or professional services, preferably within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for client‑facing work.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality financial reporting.
