Management Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a chartered accountant to join Euro Mechanical in Abu Dhabi as a Management Accountant. In this role you will act as a finance business partner to a defined Business Unit, turning numbers into clear insight that supports operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Business Unit management accounts in line with IFRS, local accounting and tax requirements.
• Deliver gross margin analysis, compare results to budget and flag risks early.
• Provide KPI‑driven insight into Business Unit performance and support quarterly and ad‑hoc forecasts.
• Evaluate investment proposals and support hire‑versus‑buy decisions with financial analysis.
• Conduct weekly cash‑flow analysis of receivables and payables and lead collection review meetings.
• Report on ICV status, maintain balance‑sheet reconciliations and support project accounting.

Required profile

• Globally recognised chartered accounting qualification.
• Minimum 3 years operational finance experience, preferably in Energy or Construction.
• Project accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, high integrity and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 (advantage).
