Management Controller – Finance & Controlling

About the role

The Management Controller will partner with the Regional Management Control Manager to drive financial performance across logistics, real estate, and inventory functions. You will create and maintain dashboards, analyse key performance indicators, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and share logistics KPIs, real estate expense dashboards, and inventory risk analyses.
• Reconcile IT operating expenses and communication costs.
• Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to identify inventory provision risks and prioritise sales items.
• Support the development of new KPIs, reports, and dashboards based on business needs.
• Lead the annual budget, three‑year plan, and forecast preparation, challenging assumptions and providing commentary.
• Assist in quarterly accruals, variance analysis, and accounting close activities, including regional re‑invoicing.
• Prepare reporting packages for Group tools and support external audit queries.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis, margin reviews, and business case development.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI.
• Experience with CEGID financial system.
• Experience with SAP.
