About the role

As a Management Functions Referral Consultant you will work in a dynamic international project environment, developing and implementing tailored strategies and business models for leading companies. You will interact directly with senior management, guide project modules, and help clients navigate complex challenges across the value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative solutions and business models for clients in various industries.
• Lead or assist on multiple project modules, contributing to acquisition approaches and post‑merger integration.
• Advise top‑level management on market strategies, organizational design, and performance improvement programs.
• Prepare and present deliverables to clients, ensuring high‑quality outputs.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge across the firm.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Finance or Strategy from a top university or business school.
• Internship or work experience with a top‑tier strategy or consulting firm.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience working on multiple projects and teams, preferably in the Middle East.
