Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, data analysis and competitive assessments to support business development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on problem‑solving and process‑improvement projects.
• Develop and deliver presentations on project updates to internal stakeholders.
• Engage in training sessions, workshops and mentorship programs to enhance professional skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong academic record with demonstrated problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with leadership potential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
