Manager - Butler Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new luxury resort opening in Spring 2027, is seeking a Manager for its Butler Services team. The role leads a dedicated team to deliver world‑class, personalized service to VIP guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the Butler Services team to ensure world‑class service and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee daily villa operations, guest arrivals and departures, in‑villa experiences, and coordinate with Front Office, Doorperson and other departments.
• Manage scheduling, task assignments, performance evaluations and staff training for the Butler Services team.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records of guest preferences and service logs.
• Ensure villa presentation, cleanliness, maintenance standards and inventory of amenities are upheld.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of luxury hospitality or guest service management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• At least 2 years of experience in butler services for a large integrated resort or Forbes 5‑Star hotel.
• Proven leadership, team management and training abilities, with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in hotel management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
