Manager – Deal Advisory (Financial Due Diligence)

About the role

KPMG Middle East is seeking a Manager for its Deal Advisory / Transaction Services team, focusing on Financial Due Diligence within the Energy and Natural Resources sector. You will lead end‑to‑end due‑diligence engagements, providing critical insights to private equity, corporate and sovereign investors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scoping, data request management and execution of buy‑side and sell‑side financial due‑diligence projects.
• Analyse quality of earnings, normalized EBITDA, net debt, working capital, cash‑flow generation and other key financial metrics.
• Review management forecasts, business plans and financial models, assessing assumptions, sensitivities and risks.
• Prepare and present high‑quality due‑diligence reports and client presentations.
• Coordinate with valuation, tax, strategy, operational, ESG and other specialist teams to deliver integrated advice.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading financial due‑diligence engagements of varying sizes and structures.
• Strong understanding of deal drivers, transaction risks and sector‑specific value drivers in energy, natural resources and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, commercially relevant insights.
