Manager DevOps Product Platform

About the role

The Manager DevOps Product Platform will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of DevOps tooling and platform services across Emirates Group IT and its subsidiaries. You will create a robust, self‑service foundation that enables rapid, automated delivery of cloud‑native applications while fostering a culture of collaboration between development and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a DevOps adoption roadmap, driving CI/CD, zero‑touch automation and site‑reliability practices.
• Act as a servant leader, promoting a fail‑fast mindset and cultural transformation throughout the organization.
• Deliver a self‑service portal for automated deployments, server provisioning, security testing and full CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify and introduce cutting‑edge tooling to accelerate time‑to‑market for services.
• Monitor emerging DevOps trends, manage vendor relationships and support global centers of excellence.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of DevOps and tooling professionals, ensuring continuous feedback and professional growth.
• Collaborate with the hybrid cloud team to migrate on‑premise workloads to cloud environments, providing landing zones and optimal platforms.

• Proven experience leading large‑scale DevOps initiatives in complex, multi‑business environments.
