Graduate Analyst – IT (UAE National)

About the role

JLL is looking for a Graduate Analyst to join its IT team in Dubai. This full‑time graduate programme offers the chance to start a technology career within a global real‑estate services leader, working on PropTech solutions and enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second‑level technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and assist with onboarding new employees.
• Support administration of core IT systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools and business applications, including patch management and system upgrades.
• Assist with IT projects, including software deployments, infrastructure upgrades, documentation, testing and user training.
• Analyse IT service metrics, generate performance reports and maintain accurate IT asset records.
• Support implementation and optimisation of property‑technology solutions, building management systems and digital facility‑management tools.
• Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, monitor security alerts and help enforce IT security policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support procurement activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within 2 years) with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, team‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in how technology drives business value in commercial real estate.

Required skills

• Operating systems: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
• Networking concepts and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
• Active Directory administration.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge (PowerShell, Python, SQL) – not mandatory.
• Familiarity with IT service‑management principles and ticketing systems.
