Manager, Digital Communications

About the role

The Manager, Digital Communications will develop and execute the annual digital communications strategy for the Zayed Sustainability Prize. Reporting to the communications department, the role oversees all internal and external digital platforms, ensuring content relevance and alignment with market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the Prize’s digital communications strategy and annual plan.
• Manage and grow the global presence across social media channels and website, including content updates and platform enhancements.
• Plan, execute and optimise web, SEO/SEM, email and paid social campaigns, measuring performance against targets.
• Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors to roll out new digital applications and upgrades.
• Analyse digital metrics using web analytics tools, providing insights to improve reach and impact.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, marketing or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in digital marketing, including web, SEO/SEM and social media management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
• Proven project‑management capability and budget management experience.
• Knowledge of sustainability trends and ability to apply them to digital initiatives.
