Manager, Enterprise Strategy

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Strategy to join its EEMEA Business Excellence Team in Dubai. The role shapes and executes Mastercard's strategic agenda across Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, partnering with Business Units, Functional Leaders and Regional Management to strengthen the company's competitive position. It leads end-to-end workstreams from problem definition to execution, reporting to the Vice President, Strategy, EEMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of EEMEA's strategic framework in line with Mastercard's global priorities.
• Lead strategic projects and workstreams focused on growth acceleration, innovation and operational excellence.
• Turn complex, ambiguous challenges into clear hypotheses, actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Run quantitative and qualitative analyses to produce data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready materials that communicate findings and influence decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Services, Market Development and Finance, and with regional business units.
• Build trusted relationships across EEMEA functions and markets to drive alignment and collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in top-tier management consulting and/or corporate strategy roles.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact strategic projects with tangible business results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Collaborative, self-starting approach with curiosity, initiative and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
