Manager - Events

About the role

The Events Manager will lead the planning and execution of both private and corporate events for senior leadership and VIP guests. Reporting to the Chairwoman’s Office, the role demands discretion, creativity, and flawless delivery across a range of high‑profile occasions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute the Chairwoman’s personal events, handling guest lists, venues, catering, décor, security and all logistical details while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Design and deliver corporate and VIP events such as conferences, launches, awards, retreats and client functions, aligning concepts with business objectives and brand standards.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, venues, agencies and suppliers; negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Develop detailed event plans, floor and seating arrangements, risk assessments and contingency plans; oversee on‑site set‑up, execution and post‑event evaluation.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality or related field.
• 5–7 years of event planning and execution experience, preferably in premium fashion or lifestyle environments.
• Extensive experience managing private, VIP and corporate events.
• Strong project management, budget control and supplier negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent executive and stakeholder relationship management with high attention to detail.
