Manager Financial & Operations Audit

About the role

This role covers audits across the bank and its subsidiaries, spanning business, financial, risk, compliance and operational processes. It helps strengthen internal controls and governance, with particular focus on corporate credit, capital adequacy and stress testing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits in assigned areas, including Corporate Credit, the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), Stress Testing and Capital Planning, within approved timelines and budgets.
• Perform audit work in line with internal audit standards and the Internal Audit Department's policies and procedures.
• Support investigations and special reviews as required.
• Work with business units and Internal Audit colleagues to coordinate audit activities and follow-up actions.
• Follow up on outstanding internal audit and regulatory findings and validate corrective actions before closure.
• Support the Head of Financial and Operations Audit in advising on risk, controls and governance for bank-wide initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• One or more of: ACCA, CA, CPA, CIA, CFA, FRM or CFE.
• 7-10 years of experience across financial services, banking, external audit and/or consultancy.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of banking processes across financial, operational, risk and regulatory areas, including ICAAP, Stress Testing and Capital Planning.
• Working knowledge of internal controls; familiarity with the COSO Internal Control Framework is preferred.
• Sound understanding of internal audit frameworks, standards and processes.
• Auditing report writing and presentation, strong analytical and time-management skills, and relevant financial-market knowledge.
