Manager Incident & Investigation Management

About the role

The Regional Security Office seeks a senior professional to lead security incident management and investigations across the Middle East region, focusing on crime‑related matters. You will act as the principal governance lead, supporting regional security managers, business functions and plants while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and BMW Corporate Security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional security investigations, manage the full incident lifecycle and ensure proper documentation and communication.
• Coordinate with corporate security, legal, HR, compliance and external authorities to conduct sensitive investigations.
• Implement and optimise the CORSICA NEXT CSIM system, providing training and ensuring system compliance.
• Support audit activities, identify improvement measures and prepare for internal and external audits.
• Travel extensively across the region and work outside normal hours when operationally required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in security management, criminal justice, law, risk management or related field.
• 6‑8 years of progressive experience in corporate security, investigations, intelligence, law enforcement or compliance.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional investigations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills with high integrity and discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and Power BI.
• Experience using investigations and case‑management platforms, specifically the CORSICA NEXT CSIM system.
• Ability to perform data‑led reporting, KPI monitoring and trend analysis.
