Manager - Investigations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Manager to lead its Investigations team for the upcoming integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role involves overseeing complex investigations, ensuring evidence integrity, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise complex investigations, including missing property, misconduct, and security incidents.
• Request video coverage, initiate engineering work orders, and manage scene control during incidents.
• Document incidents accurately, maintain chain of custody, and prepare investigative reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies such as police and regulatory bodies.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing feedback and training opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality, communicate findings to management, and support risk mitigation efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of investigative experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle hazardous material regulations.

Required skills

• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) – preferred.
• Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) – preferred.
• Proficiency in evidence collection, chain‑of‑custody procedures, and investigative reporting.
