Manager, IT Compliance

About the role

Kerzner International is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Compliance to lead its technology and security compliance initiatives across the United Arab Emirates. The role combines hands‑on technical expertise with strong leadership to develop, implement and maintain robust compliance programs that protect the organization’s digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant IT compliance regulations, standards and frameworks.
• Establish, document and continuously improve the company’s IT compliance program.
• Collaborate with legal, security and IT teams to create and update policies and procedures.
• Communicate policies clearly to stakeholders and ensure organization‑wide adherence.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and vulnerabilities.
• Lead internal and external audits, and manage remediation activities.
• Promote a culture of compliance through training and awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT compliance, risk management or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of global compliance frameworks and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
