Manager, Marketing & Business Development

About the role

The Manager, Marketing & Business Development will support engagement with key partners, drive sales activities and coordinate marketing initiatives for Howden Private Wealth. This role combines marketing insight with business development to expand the firm’s presence in the ultra‑high‑net‑worth segment.

Key responsibilities

• Support engagement with key partners to drive sales activities and business penetration.
• Gather marketing intelligence, monitor market trends and partner penetration levels.
• Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives and client outreach activities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with Howden partners to promote private wealth solutions.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for business development and marketing projects.
• Ensure compliance with company and group policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field from a reputable university.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial services, marketing or business development, preferably with knowledge of life insurance or the HNW market.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, mature professional with a strong drive for excellence.
