Manager - Marketing Services

About the role

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank's TouchPoints business, part of Meedaf, delivers digital loyalty solutions and customer-centric digital engagement for partners and members. As Manager - Marketing Services, you will manage marketing projects, campaigns and the digital and social media strategy, and oversee the team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key marketing projects to closure, track budgets and negotiate to maximise return, and proactively manage the marketing calendar and partner programme
• Ensure SOPs are followed from briefing to sign-offs, budgeting and media planning, and that activities are traffic managed and delivered on time
• Engage with business stakeholders, develop and deliver campaigns, and build and run the strategic marketing plan and calendar for the new business
• Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy, assist on digital projects, and manage the social media strategy
• Improve the design, content and conversion of the website, app and other digital tools, and oversee brand positioning, tone of voice and creative look and feel
• Coordinate media strategies with the external media agency, obtain stakeholder approvals before production, and monitor advertising and promotion funds
• Work with approved suppliers, negotiate costs, maintain supplier performance and quality control, and deliver weekly updates to the CEO on campaign effectiveness, spend and media reports
• Organise and supervise the team and manage people in line with TouchPoints' policies

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable organisation
• University degree in Business or Marketing
• Experience in a marketing role within a reputable organisation
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Arabic

Required skills

• Working knowledge of advertising and marketing, including campaign management
• Planning, analytical and time management skills
• Microsoft Office
