eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Kempinski is looking for an eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager in Dubai to maintain the hotel website, keep content up to date in line with corporate manuals and policies, and handle SEO and online marketing. The role also covers managing the hotel's social media presence and driving digital growth.

Key responsibilities

• Approve website content on a weekly basis and keep it up to date in all available languages, following CMS corporate guidelines
• Manage SEO: use keywords efficiently, optimise meta descriptions and tags, and monitor competitor sites
• Build and maintain a database of email newsletter subscribers and send a regular corporate newsletter
• Update and manage the hotel's social media channels and respond to them actively
• Develop e-marketing initiatives for key feeder markets, including an annual electronic advertising plan and PPC support
• Analyse website behaviour, bookings and referral sources, and report monthly KPIs to hotel and regional management
• Support rate parity across electronic distribution channels and liaise with the corporate office on website and digital initiatives

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in an international, luxury five-star hotel
• Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
• Excellent English communication skills
