Manager Non-Resident Banking (Contract Role)

About the role

Emirates NBD is hiring a Manager for its Non-Resident Banking business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role drives growth, customer acquisition and proposition development for cross-border banking, wealth, lending and digital solutions, working with stakeholders to improve customer journeys and strengthen international corridors.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth through customer acquisition, portfolio expansion, revenue growth and development of key international corridors.
• Enhance customer propositions across deposits, wealth, lending, remittances, payments, FX, cards and digital banking solutions.
• Optimise digital onboarding, customer journeys, cross-selling, engagement and personalisation using analytics and customer lifecycle insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Digital, Wealth, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Technology to deliver business objectives with strong governance and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 7-10 years' experience in Retail, Affluent, Wealth, International Banking or Product Management, with strong knowledge of UAE retail banking products.
• Proven experience in customer proposition management, portfolio growth, customer acquisition, digital banking and customer journey optimisation.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills; exposure to international customer segments and cross-border banking preferred.
