Manager – Product Management (Corporate AI)

About the role

Dubai Holding is seeking a Manager – Product Management (Corporate AI) to own AI‑driven products serving Group leadership and corporate functions. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Product Management (AI Business Products), you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Engage executive and corporate users to capture needs, translate them into product definitions, user stories and acceptance criteria, and validate value through structured discovery.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned AI products (including Rocket), managing backlog, sprint priorities and release planning with the delivery squad.
• Drive post‑launch improvement, adoption and support, using usage data and feedback to prioritize enhancements.
• Define, track and report KPIs such as adoption, accuracy, satisfaction and time saved, and evidence business value to function owners.
• Ensure products comply with Group AI, data protection, confidentiality and information‑security requirements, maintaining documentation of decisions and model behavior.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in digital or AI product management, product ownership or equivalent delivery roles.
• Proven track record of owning a product end‑to‑end from requirements through launch and iteration.
• Experience working with senior or executive stakeholders is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (IT, business, finance, engineering, mathematics).

Required skills

• Hands‑on product management across discovery, delivery and lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of product discovery, experimentation and agile delivery squads.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled and agentic products, their limitations and human‑oversight requirements.
• Ability to write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
