Manager, Product Management Marketing Digital Innovation & AI Champion

About the role

Mastercard’s Marketing Services division is seeking a senior professional to lead AI‑enabled product management for digital marketing innovation. The role will shape next‑generation acquisition and engagement solutions across issuers, merchants, telcos and government partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and drive innovation opportunities, benchmark global trends and introduce new AI‑powered methodologies.
• Design and launch scalable, AI‑driven marketing solutions that integrate Mastercard’s data assets, advanced analytics and technology platforms.
• Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners and technology vendors to develop breakthrough campaign concepts and execution models.
• Translate emerging technology trends into actionable go‑to‑market strategies, operationalising real‑time optimisation and automated personalisation at scale.
• Lead experimentation frameworks and innovation sprints to test new channels, formats and AI tools for both carded and non‑carded consumer segments.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in acquisition and portfolio‑growth marketing, with a strong understanding of card portfolio drivers and KPIs.
• Proven track record applying AI, machine learning and advanced analytics to marketing campaigns, including segmentation, predictive modelling and automated targeting.
• Hands‑on experience managing MarTech/AdTech solutions, personalisation platforms and journey‑orchestration tools.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to shape scalable solutions for issuers, merchants, telcos and government entities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills; willingness to travel across EEMEA.
