Manager Product & Pricing (Road Freight)

About the role

The Manager – Product & Pricing (Road Freight) will lead the design, implementation and governance of pricing strategies for DP World’s road freight and transport operations across the UAE. Reporting to commercial leadership, the role ensures that rates are competitive, operationally feasible and aligned with revenue, cost and profitability targets while shaping the product portfolio for domestic and cross‑border services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the road freight product strategy, including portfolio design, lane development and customer value proposition.
• Own end‑to‑end pricing frameworks (static and dynamic), rate cards, costing models and approval thresholds to guarantee commercial control and transparency.
• Lead pricing for strategic tenders, RFQs, contract renewals and major customer opportunities, ensuring submissions meet margin and operational criteria.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Fleet, Finance and Procurement to translate customer requirements into scalable, profitable solutions.
• Analyse market conditions, competitor activity, fleet economics and route profitability to provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.
• Identify and innovate new road‑freight products and solutions to position DP World as a market leader.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, pricing or revenue optimisation within road freight or logistics.
• Proven ability to develop pricing frameworks, cost models and governance processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modelling and market analysis.
• Demonstrated capability to work cross‑functionally with sales, operations, finance and procurement teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modelling and data analysis.
