Manager – Project Execution

About the role

The Manager – Project Execution will partner with senior bank leadership to deliver Dubai Islamic Bank’s expansion and renovation programmes across the UAE. The role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with consultants, contractors, internal support units and local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of new branch openings, relocations, and refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors and regulatory bodies to obtain approvals and ensure compliance.
• Track project schedules, budgets and quality metrics, reporting progress to senior management.
• Conduct tender analysis, provide recommendations and oversee contractor payment processes.
• Continuously adopt best practices in project management and drive cost‑effective solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Six to eight years of experience managing construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
