Manager – Revenue Monitoring Department

About the role

The Revenue Monitoring Department manager oversees public revenue collection, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and drives financial sustainability for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise government entities in revenue collection, approve annual monitoring plans and allocate tasks.
• Review variance reports, approve proposals to recover overdue receivables, and oversee tax and concession revenue controls.
• Guide development of revenue forecasting models, approve statistical analyses and updates to asset coding guides.
• Manage publishing of approved service activities on the Government Fees Portal and verify related invoices.
• Oversee bank guarantees, portal operations, fund transfers, and reconciliation of collected amounts.
• Set SMART performance indicators, evaluate staff performance, and approve operational frameworks and training plans.
• Prepare quarterly analysis, risk register, Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plan for the department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• UAE national; preference for Ajman‑issued passport.
