Manager – Rewards & Policies

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Manager – Rewards & Policies to lead the design, implementation and governance of our compensation and benefits programmes. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will ensure our reward structures remain competitive, equitable and compliant with UAE and international regulations while supporting strategic business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compensation benchmarking, market analysis and job slotting to maintain competitive pay structures.
• Manage job evaluation, grading frameworks and career architecture using methodologies such as Korn Ferry Hay or Mercer.
• Design and administer salary structures, merit increases, incentive plans, executive compensation and benefits programmes.
• Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies in line with labour laws and governance standards.
• Support workforce planning through budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis.
• Produce compensation analytics, dashboards and reports using HR systems and advanced Excel.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide rewards advisory and resolve compensation issues.
• Lead due‑diligence and harmonisation activities during mergers, acquisitions and organisational restructuring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in large, complex organisations.
• Professional certification such as CCP or GRP is an advantage.
• Experience in defence, manufacturing or technology sectors is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with HRMS platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
