Manager Solution Delivery - Customer Portfolio

About the role

Our client in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a seasoned Manager Solution Delivery to lead a customer portfolio of large‑scale IT projects and programs. This senior position requires extensive experience in managing complex, high‑value initiatives and leading sizable delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver one or multiple large IT projects or a portfolio worth AED 20‑35+ million over an 18‑month horizon.
• Manage end‑to‑end project and program lifecycles, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Oversee large‑scale people management, including coaching, training, and performance leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal partners.
• Drive process improvement, software development best practices, and vendor management across the delivery function.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in an IT‑related discipline.
• PMP or equivalent Project/Program Management certification.
• 10+ years of IT experience, predominantly in senior project or program management roles.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale projects, budgets (AED 20‑35 million), and delivery teams.
• European nationality (as specified by the client).
