Manager - Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

About the role

AMOUAGE is seeking a senior HR professional to lead talent acquisition and talent management across its global operations. Reporting to the VP of HR, you will design and implement recruitment, performance, and development programmes that reflect the brand’s culture and growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable recruitment strategies, building pipelines and managing digital platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Lead performance‑management programmes, overseeing annual reviews, PIPs, PDPs and succession planning.
• Co‑create and deliver learning experiences with L&D specialists to develop leadership and skill capabilities.
• Partner with business leaders to align talent goals with corporate strategy and ensure EVP consistency.
• Maintain partnerships with educational institutions for internships, apprenticeships and succession pipelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance management, talent development or related HR functions.
• Proven track record designing and scaling recruitment and development initiatives in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and facilitation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and HR platforms such as DarwinBox.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with HR information systems and document‑management tools.
• Data‑driven approach to sourcing, selection and performance analytics.
