Manager - Tax & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead the Tax & Compliance function for Amzone International. The role sits at the intersection of finance, tax, legal and risk, and will work closely with senior leadership to embed robust governance across a multi‑entity group.

Key responsibilities

• Own corporate tax, VAT and broader tax compliance for all group entities, evaluate tax positions and coordinate with advisors.
• Review business transactions and contracts from financial, tax and legal perspectives, and liaise with external counsel on regulatory matters.
• Strengthen internal controls, drive audit readiness, identify control gaps and develop SOPs and policies.
• Ensure accounting and reporting are aligned with IFRS, consolidate results across entities and produce MIS for leadership.

Required profile

• Qualified CA, ACCA or CFA with extensive experience in finance, tax, audit or compliance.
• Proven ability to manage tax, VAT and regulatory frameworks in a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong commercial judgement, risk awareness and experience working with auditors, tax advisors and legal counsel.
