Manager, Technology – Core Banking

About the role

The Manager – Technology, Core Banking Transformation will lead the delivery of Mashreq's Core Banking and Payments Transformation Program across six countries. This role supports the implementation of the next‑generation Oracle FLEXCUBE platform and related payment solutions, aligning business requirements with technology and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive requirements management, solution reviews, testing, migration readiness, risk management and country rollout activities.
• Collaborate with Corporate & Investment Banking Group, Operations, Technology, Product Teams, vendors and the Program Management Office.
• Contribute to the transformation of cash management and trade finance products, including payments, collections, virtual account and liquidity management, and digital channels such as corporate portal, host‑to‑host, SWIFT, APIs and mobile applications.

Required profile

• Delivery‑focused professional with strong knowledge of core banking, cash management and transaction banking products.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders and ensure successful program execution across multiple countries.
