Manager - Trade Transformation Delivery

About the role

The Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking Group is seeking a Manager to lead Trade Transformation and Digitisation initiatives across Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance. You will work within a matrix environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver digital solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of trade product and platform enhancements, including process digitisation, automation, and customer journey redesign.
• Consolidate inputs from business, product, operations, and technology to shape initiatives, validate feasibility, and assess sequencing.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities, monitor milestones, risks, and issues, and provide structured delivery reporting to senior governance forums.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and trade operational standards throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services with hands‑on delivery of Trade Finance or Transaction Banking transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate trade business requirements into structured delivery plans and manage complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.

Required skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or Agile delivery certifications (preferred).
• Knowledge of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products and digitisation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business, operations, technology, risk and compliance functions.
